The live /fault-codes route is a stub — per-gear fault lists are live; this fleet roll-up is the design target. 14 unreviewed across Summit Equipment Co.'s 260 units.

Flagged — not silently chosen Live today, verified against the monorepo 2026-07-09: per-gear unreviewed fault lists (Code/Description/Severity/First-Reported), severity buckets high|medium|low|Unknown, and dedup by (equipment, identifier) — a recurring fault re-surfaces as unreviewed rather than duplicating (SIT-06). Everything else on this page is design-ahead: the fleet-wide list + filters (SIT-09); Mark reviewed single + bulk — no endpoint exists; CSV export; real occurrence counting (SIT-10 / WRK-18) — today a recurred fault just re-surfaces, the count shown is proposed; and fault → auto-task rules (SIT-07) — scaffolding exists (task type "Fault code", can_create_task flag, per-fault CAN CREATE TASK bit) but no runtime pipeline wires them up. (The scheduled telematics sweep itself shipped 2026-07-09, so the missing piece is the rules engine, not the scheduler.)

⚡ Fault → auto-task rules ◇ Design-ahead

Proposed rules that would turn a matching fault code into a task automatically. Nothing here runs today — toggles are shown disabled to keep that honest. Rule authoring would be admin-only under the launch two-role model; no separate permission matrix.

When severity ≥ High on type Excavator ○ Not running

→ create a ⚡ Fault code task, assign the site lead, and dedup into the open task on that asset if one already exists.

When a fault code recurs ×3+ within 7 days, any type ○ Not running

→ bump the severity to High and create a task if none is open — the recurrence signal itself depends on real occurrence counting (SIT-10), which is also design-ahead.
